Machon Tal (Jerusalem College of Technology)

Learn Torah and Take College Classes in the Heart of Jerusalem!
In October 2019, JCT launched Israel’s first Computer Science Degree in English for women. Similar to the International Programs in English for men, the women’s program combines rigorous academic learning with a strong religious environment and Torah study.  Students can enroll for for the full three year program, or enroll for one year and transfer their credits to another university in the United States, Canada, etc. 

Following the successful launch of the women's computer science program, in October 2022 JCT launched Israel’s first Business Administration Degree in English for women. Similar to the International Programs in English for men, the women’s program combines rigorous academic learning with a strong religious environment and Torah study.  Students can enroll for for the full three year program, or enroll for one year and transfer their credits to another university in the United States, Canada, etc. 

Students at Machon Tal take Torah classes in the mornings, followed by computer science and business classes in the late mornings and early afternoons. In these classes, students will gain theoretical background and practical experience in computers, providing them with familiarity in programming, architecture of computer systems, and engineering software and communications.
  • Tuition for the program, not including room and board, is extremely affordable - only $3,800 per year! 
  • The application process includes submitting your high school transcripts and a standardized test score (SAT, ACT, Til or an equivalent exam).
  • The first sememster of the program begins after Sukkot for computer science students, whereas business students can begin the program both semesters.
